These noodles are so easy and delicious! The chives add just the right touch of flavor and bright green color.

Chive Buttered Egg Noodle

Ingredients

  • One package (12-ounces) egg noodles
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons minced chives
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package directions, reserving 1/4 cup of the cooking water.
  2. Toss the noodles with the reserved water, butter and chives, and season with salt and pepper.
